How to earn
Points for eating. Seriously.
Points land in your account once your order is completed: delivered, collected or served.
Order and earn
Sign in before you order and get 4 points for every Rs 100 of food. A Rs 2,000 order earns 80 points at Bronze.

Unlocked when your first order of Rs 1,000 or more is completed.
Bring a friend
Share your code. When your friend's first order is completed, you get 300 points and they get 250.
Birthday treat
Add your birthday to your profile and we'll drop 500 points into your account on the day.
How to redeem
Spend points like cash.
At checkout, tick “Use Bay Points” and they come straight off your bill.
- Redeem once you have 200 points or more.
- Each point is worth Rs 1 off.
- Use points for up to 30% of your order subtotal.

The fine print
- Points are earned on food only: your subtotal after discounts and points used. Delivery fees and tax don't earn points.
- Points are credited when an order is completed. If an order is cancelled or refunded, points earned on it are reversed and any points you used are returned.
- Points expire 12 months after you earn them. We'll show points that are about to expire in your account.
- The welcome bonus needs a completed order of Rs 1,000 or more, and is given once per member.
- Referral points are given once, on your friend's first completed order. Your friend must sign up with your code.
- Your birthday can be set once in your profile, so the birthday bonus stays fair for everyone.
- Points have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are tied to your mobile number. We may update these rules; the current rules are always shown on this page.
