Which areas do you deliver to?+
We deliver across Karachi. Enter your area at checkout to see the delivery fee and estimated time.

Usually 35–45 minutes depending on your area, traffic and how busy the kitchen is. You'll see a live estimate before you pay and can track your order in real time.
Is there a minimum order?+
Delivery orders have a minimum of Rs 800. Takeaway and dine-in have no minimum. Delivery is free on orders over Rs 3,000.
Can I schedule an order for later?+
Yes. At checkout choose a later time, up to 2 days ahead, within our opening hours.
Can I order on WhatsApp?+
Yes, message us on WhatsApp and a real person will take your order. Ordering on the website lets you track your order live and earn Bay Points automatically.

No, you can check out as a guest. Signing in with your mobile number lets you earn Bay Points, save addresses and reorder in one tap.
Payment & coupons
Can I pay cash?+
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on every delivery order. You can also choose card on delivery or pay at the counter.
How do I use a coupon?+
Tap "Have a coupon?" in your cart, or hit Apply on any code on our Deals page. One coupon per order. Some codes run automatically during their time window, like happy hour.

Yes. Menu prices include sales tax. Delivery fee, if any, is shown before you pay.
Bay Rewards
How do Bay Points work?+
Earn 4 points per Rs 100 spent on food. Each point is worth Rs 1 off. Redeem from 200 points, for up to 30% of an order. Points expire 12 months after you earn them.
How Bay Rewards works →When do my points show up?+
As soon as your order is completed: delivered, collected or served. If an order is cancelled, points earned on it are reversed and any points you used are returned.
What are the tiers?+
Everyone starts at Bronze. Spend Rs 25,000 in 12 months to reach Silver (1.25x points) and Rs 60,000 to reach Gold (1.5x points).
Is there a welcome bonus?+
Yes. You get 200 bonus points when your first order of Rs 1,000 or more is completed.
How does referring a friend work?+
Share your referral code from your account. When your friend signs up with it and their first order is completed, you get 300 points and they get 250.
Do I get anything on my birthday?+
Yes, 500 points on the day. Add your birthday in your profile. It can only be set once, which keeps the bonus fair for everyone.
Everything else
Something was missing or wrong. What now?+
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number, ideally within 2 hours of delivery, and a photo if you can. We'll put it right with a replacement, a refund or Bay Points credit.
